If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused item within 30 days for a refund.

To return an item complete the return form attached to your invoice that accompanied your NorthWest Kitchen merchandise. In the appropriate box on the return form indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken.

Place the return form in the box with your merchandise.  

If you do not have your original invoice please include a letter with your return merchandise that includes the following information:

Address

Phone

Item name/Description

Reason for return

Action to be taken
